About the site

Info about this site and how i create it.

First of all, I hadn't touched web development for over 5 years before this. I had long wanted to update my old site, which served as a portfolio and a place for a few other things, and the time finally came. A friend had built the old site in a single day (using AI, obviously), since I had absolutely no desire to get back into web development. Then I discovered neocities.org. That became the starting point. I decided to build everything myself, without using AI and CMS. Just pure HTML, CSS and JS.

The main domain of this site is ngrch.com, but I also want to support it for neocities. Therefore, a copy of it will most likely be there as well. (My neocities profile in link section)

This site is a pure experiment and an attempt to go against the system, as I’m tired of AI slop. There are basically no rules, but here are a few principles I’ve set for myself.

1. No AI.
2. No ads.
3. No analytics.
4. Old school websites vibe.
